With a trip out to the shipping containers our men’s 2’s took on Old Melburnians. While it felt like the middle of winter it made the supporters wonder why we support a winter sport!!
As the rain started to come down our boys took to the field.
A short corner awarded to Knox PK took the hit to put it past the keeper bottom left hand corner.
As the first half came to a end Luke decided a 1-0 half time score wasn’t enough and got a deflection off keepers pads to make it 2-0 Knox’s way.
Half time gave a score of 2-0 up to Knox.
Second half started the rain had eased up a little.
Our boys came out hard with a run of scoring opportunities and ending the half with a score of 5-0.

Final score being 7-0 Knox win.
Boys sung the song loud and proud and were happy to get off the field, get dry and warm!
